Countries are shaming one another. If you are G7 you do it directly, if you are Third World you use Proxies. India is opening up Canada's can of worms through Small news outlets. But then who is reading? People who run the world slready have formed their opinions. For the rest, their own lives are in bigger mess to care Global affairs.
